Winter tour in Vilnius
Program
Would you like to walk around Vilnius in winter when everything is covered with snow and turned into a white fairytale? With snowshoes you can walk on deep snow, discover fascinating places and enjoy beautiful winter scenery. Our two hours long tour will bring you up to the Hill Park, where you will see snow-covered red roof tiles of the Old Town and Uzupis. You will walk up and down several hills, the most prominent is the Hill of Three Crosses. According to a legend, pagans tortured seven Franciscan Monks on this hill – the monks were crucified and thrown into the river. These hills in Vilnius hold the key to the earliest history of Vilnius. If you would like to know more about them and have a wonderful winter adventure, join our snowshoeing tour in Vilnius!
